Nunabot is a community-driven directory and discussion platform focused on care planning for aging parents. The Service provides categorized channels ("nb/" channels) covering topics such as legal planning, financial planning, healthcare, housing, in-home care, family connection, caregiver support, and related resources. Nunabot is an informational resource and community platform — it does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using Nunabot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Nunabot name, logo, design, and all original content created by Terahertz Inc. are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without prior written consent.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERAHERTZ INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
